Become Our Next Event Floral Designer at Montana Flora
We are looking for an Event Floral Designer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating breathtaking floral arrangements for a variety of events. This role is essential for transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and craft exquisite floral arrangements that meet and exceed client expectations.
Engage directly with clients to fully understand and bring their floral vision to life.
Coordinate event setups, including early morning starts and post-event midnight bump-outs.
Manage and attend early market buying sessions to select the freshest and most suitable floral materials.
Oversee inventory control and ensure the timely procurement of all floral supplies.
We Require:
A minimum of a Certificate III in Floristry or an equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in floristry, particularly in an event context.
Strong communication skills to foster excellent relationships with clients and suppliers.
Please Note:
This role requires a commitment to long hours, including early mornings and weekends. Applicants must be available for early morning market buying and midnight event bump-outs.
