Sienna Bloom Floristry is a boutique florist located in Dee Why, NSW. Our team are looking for both casual and part time florists that are passionate, energetic and enthusiastic.
Responsibilities~
Building & maintaining positive relationships with customers to achieve positive outcomes for the business and customers
Working to high-quality standards including ability to produce “on the spot” made to order customer requests
Thrive in a fast paced environment
All areas of floristry housekeeping / preparations – beginning to end including store visual merchandising, stock management, opening & closing a store.
Restocking of gifts, homewares and floristry supplies
Multitasking by serving customers, creating floral arrangements and supporting a busy store
Taking orders face to face and by phone, website and organising couriers and taking payments
Technical skills to use POS system, website and emailing
Care and conditioning of flowers, foliage’s and plants
Visual merchandising of flowers, plants, pots and homewares
Working in a busy and dynamic space, smiling and having fun as a valued member of our team
