I have completed my Cert III 3 years ago through Pearsons.
Since completing my qualification I have been working both within a freelance capacity as well as building my own business. My focus is primarily Weddings and Events, however I also enjoy retail work, and constructing bouquets for all occasions. I am a hard worker, team player and extremely well organised, with excellent time management skills. I also enjoying working autonomously when needed. I love to learn and develop new skills.
I bring with me 20 years of a nursing career that has taught me many transferrable skills, and postgraduate qualifications in teaching, leadership, and management.
I have a significant passion for sustainable floristry, prioritising this in all my work.
I am a Sustainable Floristry Network Member having completed the course earlier this year.
I have recently taken the plunge, committing full time to floristry, hence the increase in my freelance availability.
